Regarding testing the PSU outptus, you can use your volt meter and measure each pin one by one. If you do not have a volt meter go and buy one as you will need it for diagnosis.

Ok..... I bought a tcon board off ebay same result. But what i did find is that when the picture starts to act up i wiggle one of the ribbon cables that is connected to the tcon and picture clears up. So it looks like one of the cables is bad is there a easy fix to get a better connection or where can i get a new set.

It could also be bad tab bonds, when you wiggle them the panel moves slightly.

Did the tab bonds just like the youtbe instructions lastnight as well all around the TV but samething. I can make it clear or out of wack buy just moving the wires a little that connect to tcon. If i press the actual clamp to tcon it wont do nothing.....just when i play with the wires that go into the clamp that plugs into tcon. Do you know where i can get some new cables from??? Thanks tom66 for all your help

Best place to get them from is anyone who has stripped down this TV for parts they may have kept the cables.
