      I ended up finding tom66's spreadsheet on checking gamma voltages in a different forum thread and tested my T-CON board. It was bad, so I ordered and replaced the AS15-HG IC. Now everything is working properly. Thanks to budm for pointing me to the Gamma voltage issue and tom66 for generating the spreadsheet. Attached is the spreadsheet with my data entered. It didn't format correctly for me (I was using LibreOffice spreadsheet), so not sure whether it will be readable to all. Hopefully this data is useful to someone else in the future. Thanks again.
