Re: sharp aquos 42. lc-42d43u
I ended up finding tom66's spreadsheet on checking gamma voltages in a different forum thread and tested my T-CON board. It was bad, so I ordered and replaced the AS15-HG IC. Now everything is working properly. Thanks to budm for pointing me to the Gamma voltage issue and tom66 for generating the spreadsheet. Attached is the spreadsheet with my data entered. It didn't format correctly for me (I was using LibreOffice spreadsheet), so not sure whether it will be readable to all. Hopefully this data is useful to someone else in the future. Thanks agai...

Re: sharp aquos 42. lc-42d43u
I think I have a similar problem on a sharp LC- 42D43U. The colors are messed up. I took a couple of pictures which I will try to post.
I tried (almost) everything mentioned in this post including reflowing the solder on the main CCA in the oven. I didn't have a can of freeze spray, though, so didn't try that yet. Any thoughts on what may be causing the issue (Seems like the problem is on the main CCA or TCON CCA). From several posts I've seen, the Main CCA seems to have been the problem much of the time on this model tv. Thanks for any...
