As the title implies, this one has a 10 blink.
Symptoms/Trials:
Initially, the power supply does cut on for a short 3 seconds to where the transformers are making an audible buzz/whine - there is 15v present though.
I have replaced the A board (in unknown condition - though should be good) with no change.
With both the SS and SC board disconnected the TV will not display an error code but seems to be "on" (not the power supply though) and will shut off randomly. Can't seem to cut it back on without tripping the 10 blink code again.
With only the SS board connected, the power supply actually does cut on for about 5-7 seconds and I can measure the voltage from the power supply board of what would be for the SC board. It seems to jump to ~186 but then fall to about 150 where the power supply finally cuts off to a 7 blink code.
I am suspecting the power supply but thought I would go for a second opinion with my luck with these Panny's lately.
