it is blurry with line when i turn it on but after 15 minutes it look perfect. I change the t-con board but it still do it. HELP PLS!!!!!

I had a Gateway with a similar problem and even though none of the caps looked bad, after doing a full recap the problem went away completely. They were crappy Xunda caps
