Weird blurry -no-picture on Plasma TC-P60S30

Hi

This TV has no picture, or nothing that resembles a real picture, just some slowly changing blurry forms and pixels. It ends up having a jumping white square in the middle, presumably the "no source connected" message, I guess.

Front LED turns on normal. Vsus is 209.8V. +15Vc is ok also.
Power semiconductors on all boards tested, ok. SS and SC board LEDs are lit. (Tnpa5400 and Tnpa5399)
I should mention the TV was extremely dusty when I got it.
What else could I test?

It's similar to the problem towards the end of this thread so might be a "panel problem"

Check if any of the mounting screws on the ss and sc boards are loose.

Look for the auto-gen jumpers on the control board to see the test patterns. I'd doubt you have a bad panel.
