LG 47 LCD quickly go to white blank screen

The TV start out fine for 2-3 seconds, then bottom portion freezes and turns white.
The top portion of the screen is fine and remains working.
Sound works fine.

I'm no expert but that looks like a chip on the display driver board is toast - maybe overheating or something.

This one look just like the same problem with my LG 47LH55, it is bad panel, new T-CON board did not fix the problem. Many people has this same problem with this model of you Google it.
