Not sure if the TV panel is causing the single thin vertical line, right down the center of the screen. After a hour or two, the vertical line goes away. Heated the T Con board, the ghosting image would go away.
I replaced the T Con board with board from ebay, cracked screen per the seller.
The vertical line still remains, but the ghosting image is gone.
Can the issue be caused by the mainboard or bonding tabs?...

Viewsonic 42 Plasma No Picture Red Warning Light
I picked up this ViewSonic 42 TV.
Model VPW425
I took the back cover off, and I don't know where to start. I have been lucky to have got 2 LCD up and running by replacing the capacitors. The Viewsonic is looks out of my skill level.

shopjimmy board just came in, and I swapped the T Conn board, now I have the solid white band on the left and light band on the right(see the text after aspect ratio).
I don't know the history of the LCD.
Could the LCD panel be bad or T Conn board is faulty or the cable are not correctly installed?... -

I also noticed 2 to 3 verticle lines on the right side at start up, then they disappear after few seconds.
I will shop on ebay for a board, if that is the best place to find replacement parts no.

The Samsung does power on and chimes.
No picture and the screen is black, with a very very very faint gray, see photo
None of the caps look exploded... -

Replaced the z sus board with used board from ebay
The plasma TV now shows picture, but it has the red speckle issue.

one cap look to be bulged on the power supply
voltages check out at the connectors on each of the YSUS and ZSUS boards
voltages at the fuses check out on the YSUS board
voltage at one of the fuse on the ZSUS board
no voltage at one end of the fuse on the ZSUS board
should the IPM on the ZSUS board changed?
or
should the ZSUS board be changed?
Which caps should be replaced on the power supply?... -
LG 47 LCD quickly go to white blank screen
The TV start out fine for 2-3 seconds, then bottom portion freezes and turns white.
The top portion of the screen is fine and remains working.
Sound works fine.

I replaced the two bulged caps, as I had a few extra 1000 uF 16v from my imac G5 power supply days.
The Samsung is working, saved the TV from the landfill/recycler

Black screen, no power and sound. Slight flash on the right side of the screen when the power button is pressed.
Should all the capacitor be replaced or just the bulged caps(see 2nd photo)?
I'm new to fixing TV. I have fixed iMac G5 bulged capacitor on the logic boards and power supplies.

I trimmed the leads short, so that they did not ground out. Would the issue be in the caps near the ram boards?

Replacing the some of the caps got me video. A good sign. I can not recall, but I think the iMac did have a chime initially. That is why I'm lost
. I did have to scrap away some of the logic board green coating, as I did burn one of the pad for a cap 
.

Imac G5 few cap replaced
I purchased a dead iMac G5 17. The iMac powered up, but there was no video on the screen. I replaced the bulged caps on the logic board. I'm only getting the first and second green LED light on the logic board. The monitor only show a grey screen now. No beep or apple image during start up.
Should all the other caps(non bulged) be replaced? -
