Yes, holding Volume DOWN on TV, then press that button three times, no luck?

Can you try with the original board. I have a feeling something is wrong with the new board if it doesn't even recognise the side buttons.

I would seriously suggest you attempt to reflow the board as it appears to be a common defect with both Panasonic and Samsung TVs.

Please give me a reliable vendor for a new A Board, I still can not get my money back from the last Ebay seller.
If there is a reliable supplier of parts please tell me

I've used flattvparts before and no one else, because I've had good luck via eBay usually.
Raise a dispute on eBay and your money will usually be back in a few days.

11 blinks is FAN error, check the fan connectors are properly installed.

No fans in this set at all? I thought Panasonic still used them in their sets?

                              SM:
                              http://www.tgohome.com/ServiceManual...&Search=Submit

                              Indeed, no fans...

I note there is no place for 11 blinks in this SM (i.e. no fan error), which means the board is most likely from a chassis which had fans in it, hence it is detecting fan error. Do you see any place where fan might connect? Was it from the same model? (Perhaps they removed the fans from the later versions...)

We may be able to trick it into thinking it has a fan.

I do not see where have been involved.
There are several plugs but they are quite different from fan receptacle

What model was it removed from, I can check SM for fan connector location (may be on PSU fed through PSU connector.)

Installing a fan may be a good idea. You may be able to use a normal computer fan, or you can use the Panasonic original part, which people on eBay will probably sell.

I have a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 that will power on and prime the display but there is no image at all.

The panel is primed as there is a slight glow from the entire panel. This means the problem should be logic related. The service manual also confirms this and recommends replacing the A or the D board.

I have tried to get the TV to display the test sequence but I have been unable to and I don't even know if this TV has a test sequence or not. All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
                                            • TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
                                            • Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault
