Have a look at the manual for the G20
      http://www.tgohome.com/ServiceManual...&Search=Submit

Do any of the options match, or are they completely different?

Tom, with your help I think it will solve the problem of fan

outputs are 4 fans with 3 wires each. a power which is connected in parallel and 4 fans and yellow wire that is separate for each

This is a picture of my board has no connector and it is clearly visible

Very good, though this confuses me: Why would it be configured for fans if the connectors were not placed? Either you need to make a bridge between GND and fan signal line, or between fan line and +3.3V. I'd try the GND bridge first, try identifying which pins on that connector are ground. The thin trace is the fan signal line, probably.

            My English is bad sorry

I wanted to say that the new board has connector, and the old is gone connector ,of it is clearly visible which are GND and which are "+
"as +'m not sure but 4 are connected in parallel so it must be +

Your English is far better than my Bulgarian! Of which I know about zero words...

It makes more sense for V20 board to have connector on it. My tests above apply. Check voltages on each of the pins to locate the fan voltages. You could hook up a fan here if you want; it may end up being temperature controlled. Some other pins will be ground, plus there will be one extra for each fan, a signal line, which either must be grounded or connected to a positive supply. Try grounding those pins first with a blob of solder.

Do any pins have connection to ground. I just had a thought that if it uses speed control it might not show up, because it uses low-side switching. Can you mark on the image what pins show 6.96V?

In which case, please make a jumper between each signal pin (neither GND nor 6.96V) and each GND pin, a bit of solder will be enough. If it still gives 11 blinks, it probably wants a positive signal.

well just add that the resistors are 4.7 k and they are related each other (if that makes any difference)

So if the grounding trick doesn't do it, we can probably wire them to the 7V (6.96V) safely, with no extra resistors, as assuming they go into ground or into a diode drop, they'll see maybe 7V, and dissipate at most 10mW (they are probably 0603 size, 63mW max.)

This may be because the board is V20B... probably designed for different cable standard (maybe even Freesat, if in UK) than in rest of Europe... you may have to use an external box.

I have a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 that will power on and prime the display but there is no image at all.

The panel is primed as there is a slight glow from the entire panel. This means the problem should be logic related. The service manual also confirms this and recommends replacing the A or the D board.

I have tried to get the TV to display the test sequence but I have been unable to and I don't even know if this TV has a test sequence or not. I tried following tom66's instructions in post #3 on this thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=26790. There was...

                                            Hi everyone!
I happened several times, in the search for help from the web, to consult this very interesting forum.
So I decided to sign up and I intend to participate actively by making available my knowledge and experience on the subject, I'm a new user but at the same time I'm old in the sense that I have 4 decades of experience in repairing and designing electronics but above all I'm a great passionate about the subject.

Having said that I come to the gist of my post on the forum as the title suggests.

Panasonic th-p50s10d - blinky red, SC board go boom

My old plasma died when one night recently. When I got to it it was giving a 3.3v sos (3 blinks).
I chased my way through the PSU, and a board, with no results.
Replacing a few bulged caps in the PSU, I eventually got to the SC board that had piles of shorts, a quick cheap replacement from china and the tv powers up again, except
I only have the right half of the picture.
                                            Left half is completely blank.
now the c3 board running this side of the screen has its 3.3 and 5v onto the buffer ic and its got the 60v, so that all seems good.
                                            all the other voltage rails...
