      Can you please post good,clear pictures so I can trace out the connection and be able to read the part designators.
      Since this PS has PFC circuits, the Bridge + output will not be connected directly to the caps +, it should have a blocking Diode between the two connections.

        That's a good point... instead of continuity, there should be one diode drop one way. Could be an open PFC diode. It's a fairly fundamental problem, it's likely a single component in series with the mains somewhere.

          This looks like it has two PFC chokes, but I really need good pictures to verify things.

            It is more common nowadays, use two chokes to get a higher current and higher inductance instead of one larger choke. Seems strange to me, though. Twice the winding and assembly effort...

              Sorry for being gone the past few days. I had to run out of town for work and I needed to get a better camera in order to get the detail that you are looking for.
