Hi - welcome to the forum.
I doubt if anyone is going to know much about this set - It is the first I have heard of it.
Please can you update your profile with country and voltage.
Have you had the set from new - is it still under warranty.
    What is the model number.
Do you have the owners handbook - perhaps it is performing some kind of on air update to the firmware? There may be a function to stop it doing that.

"it always happen in my TV after I programmed" - what exactly do you mean by that?
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Actually when I bought I had that problem, but since brought to my country, It will not cover anywarranty..Since I was not there at my home. What I mean after you programmed the channels & sets the proper time it will work for a week & can watch any cable channels or air channels, Now after how many days the clock/date will set back from default the channels I scanned would gone And I need to rescanned again the channels.

Can you post the model number.

Do you switch off and unplug the tv or is it on standby all the time.

        Do you get power cuts

Does it reset the clock same day and time each week

        What country are you in?

never heard of this tv??,but, going by the symptoms,i guess the eeprom or processor needs a constant supply, proberly taken from the standby circuit to keep time/date settings,in which case power gets unplugged, then looses the standby voltage,i know of a couple of sharp tvs do this when unplugged, loosing all the feeview/dvb programme info,if kept in standby all is good, but is never good to keep a tv in standby anyway.

oh,have a look too to see if there is a bios battery coin cell somewhere on the main board,if this is flat then could be the problem, need pics to really see what is going on.

I have seen a related problem on a Samsung. It would forget settings after being powered off. It turned out that it was set to shop demo mode, which is designed to reset the TV easily (just by turning it on and off, for shop staff.) Try going into the first time installation menu, if available.

Thank you guys for suggestion. I'm from philippines. I cant do it right now to check models & take picture but probably when I get back to my country I will double check it. If the eeprom will be the problem maybe I need to send it to electro workshop. In regards the power source I plug it off, but no power interruption. And for the battery I also want to see if theres any penny size inside.
