Vizio SV470XVT1A needs to warm up for 3 hours before normal

Hello, I have a Vizio SV470XVT1A that I bought approx. 4 years ago, last month I had no picture but horizontal color bars of varying sizes, I replaced the T-con board and it worked perfectly for 30 days and now it needs to warm up for 3 hours before I get a normal picture. Is there another fix that I can do?

If it takes 3 hours to get normal, that gives you plenty of time
to move over the boards with a hairdryer, until you find the area
that makes the picture normal again.

Then troubleshoot at the component level, or Ebay for another
    board.

    Good Luck.

Probably bad caps in the PSU. Post pics of the boards with the back off. Specifically a close up of the PSU 2000x2000 max resolution and use manage attachments.

Now when I turn on the Vizio is starts right up with a great picture, but after maybe approximately 4-6 hours of TV viewing it starts the horizontal bars with various colors.
If I turn it off for a number of hours and restart the picture is normal again and the cycle repeats it self.

        Thanks,

        Leon
