Hello, I have a Vizio SV470XVT1A that I bought approx. 4 years ago, last month I had no picture but horizontal color bars of varying sizes, I replaced the T-con board and it worked perfectly for 30 days and now it needs to warm up for 3 hours before I get a normal picture. Is there another fix that I can do?

Re: Vizio SV470XVT1A needs to warm up for 3 hours before normal
If it takes 3 hours to get normal, that gives you plenty of time
to move over the boards with a hairdryer, until you find the area
that makes the picture normal again.
Then troubleshoot at the component level, or Ebay for another
board.
Good Luck. -
Re: Vizio SV470XVT1A needs to warm up for 3 hours before normal
Now when I turn on the Vizio is starts right up with a great picture, but after maybe approximately 4-6 hours of TV viewing it starts the horizontal bars with various colors.
If I turn it off for a number of hours and restart the picture is normal again and the cycle repeats it self.
Thanks,

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?by Tynan DillI was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

This is a shot in the dark, and if you need more info, I'll give it all to you. I've already asked for the schematics and boardview.
This board won't power up. Has 3.3v on BIOS chip pin 8, 3.3v on power button, confirmed voltage to 0v when pressed power button. The EC chip is quite warm just with the power adapter connected and nothing else. Board is out of the machine and everything disconnected. I'm guess that's abnormal and probably the reason for not powering up. I'm still learning and have been fault tracing with my level of knowledge.
Just wondering if the EC... -

by InstafixxHi,
Have a Macbook A2179 with liquid damage. Customer showed it some shop which has done an ultrasonic cleaning of the board.
The board pulls 0V but doesnt turn on. No Fan SPIN. NOT IN DFU.
I checked the Power Sequences below and found this -
Once a valid external power source (Charger or battery) is connected, the following rails will come online.
PPBUS_G3H: Normal voltage is ~12.6v on the charger with the battery disconnected. Produced from the ISL9240 (U7000, which uses PPDCIN_G3H as its VIN.

No picture, just red vertical stripes. Google search shows quite common problem for these recent Vizio M series although red vertical stripe pattern may differ. Some call it "Netflix" boot screen haha.
Where is the short?
Panel has 4x buffer boards. Quickly found the 1/4 panel buffer board with the problem by selectively disconnecting buffer board flex cables.
