This appears to have two regulated sections of the main supply. The obvious conclusion is that one is bad. Since none of the pictures indicate which output is the 24v rail, you are on your own.

These Megmeet power supplies have never been a favourite of mine.

Under the secondary heatsinks there is often a capacitor or two. Check if this capacitor is bulged.

Does the 1.82V appear immediately after switch on, or does it take a while to ramp up?

Megmeets run flippin' hot and bake the caps dry.
The best way to start is to replace all the caps.

More likely the start up cap that got heat up for the STBY power supply. The ESR will go down so the circuit will function until the ESR goes back up when the cap cool down.
There are more caps under the heat sink that will need to be replaced also as shown in my pictures. The 10UF/450V is for the 24VDC SMPS section.
Do you have 5VSTBY? or you do not have the 24V?
The start up caps are the two on the right side of the STBY transformer, one is EC4:

Fixed 42" Tevion same psu same fault, the fuse between the primary cap and the transistor for the 24v rail was open. Replace it and the caps and the fuse all sorted. Shame the OP was an ass and never updated us ! Hopefully I can help someone !

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow

This is one of the shit est boards I seen in a very long time and it was the daughter board the traces just lifting off the board I had to use the capacitor leads to repair the the traces and the main board is not any better because I had to repair several traces for the daughter board to the main board

Definitive technology SC 2000 subwoofer amp's power supply clicking and popping

The sub developed a constant popping every couple seconds from woofer and power LED flickering with nothing but wall AC connected. Connecting an audio cable didn't change anything. It doesn't play but a second or two of audio in between the pops.
Opened it up and discovered the power supply is making a faint clicking or ticking sound.
I measured the amp's output to the woofer and it pulses up to 50mv DC to be driver. The pulses coincide with the power supply ticking/clicking.
I measured the power supply output going to the amp board and it too has this pulsing. Voltage cycles...
