The psb is only putting out 76.1v now. the legend states 110.v to LED, they just flash at boot. ideas?

Customer bring this in,,,LG 50ln5700 led strip fire, after testing , all was fire just no bl... replaced complete set of strips and the firmware update to stop this from happening again is important. had to have smelled that!

Can i use a voltage regulator to step up 24v dc to 32vdc? if so recommended part numbers? powering a led strip from a tv

Vizio E60-c3 led driver problem
Hi alll.
I have a Vizio E60-c3 . The driver section is bad. built in to the main board. All works but the backlight., I only get 25v + coming out of driver section, need 32v. I tested the led strips with a ext. ps. My question is can i use a regulator to step the 25v to 32v? possible?

p50hdtv10a z-sustain question
I have a p50hdtv10a in the shop, been sick and these meds, got my mind ,,,, well say unclear. Question is , got sound and a faint picture, had a Burnt psb, ,replaced with a spare and replaced the z and buffers, now just a faint pic and sound stays on so a bad z-sustain is likely ?

i have a hp 15-f125wm that will power on with a charged battery, but will not with a known good charger and have changed dc jack. , no light when plugged in. also meter shows a short , when tested with power voltage is low and unstable at the connector on mobo, I had 2 and used the other to charge battery and testing

You guys have been big helps on tv so. i have a galaxy s2 sph-d710 , need to find pin out for charge port, I pulled a trace replacing the old one, any ideas ofn where to look?

Looked better at the IC (TDA8932t) Found cold solder joint on 3 pins, gave them all a new coat,----HAVE SOUND!!!

I am working on this tv, loading win 8 on a pc, and a digitizer (iphone) and just finished a charge port replace on a S5. So if I do not get right back , I will asap. Thank you all for the help
