1. Great find on the diode. If you could, try to maintain an analog and a digital meter for testing - if you dare to do more in the future.
2. Update your profile of location. We can pinpoint an electronics component store in your area or, if you're lucky, you may live near someone who can help out.
Websites I would use to get parts: (Not in any order)
Sorry it's taking me so long to get back to you guys. work and all. Had a part shipped to me from a nice fellow online but gave the wrong Po box bad memory. Just figured out i gave him the wrong one a few days ago. so ill ether have to wait to see if he will send it again. or see if i cant find one online somewhere i know of a few sites i can get samples shipped to me that is if they have the part it need.
so go the part from Steve yesterday "in the process of moving so idonthave access to my computed ATM" I replaced thebad d10 with a new HER304 good solder joint and the TV still gives me the standby light the main cap on the power supply when power cord is in reads 210-215dc using analog don't have a digital yet. other than that the main bird is getting power the power button seems tto have more voltage tuning through it better than the last reading anything else I need to check. is 210-215dc normal for that cap? if I had a way right now I w-uld post pics thanks for your help guys looking forword to a reply
sorry if there are misspellings using my phone to type this
I have a similar board (IPOS150 Rev1.5). Straight across the main cap, from one side to the other, my notes show 400VDC (398VDC) rounded. Re-check the meter to make sure. Then from Ground to either side of F2 I show 345VDC.
What are the readings on the connector (bottom left main)?

I show nothing on f2 the littile green one the meeter is set to ac-v 1000 and I get 210-215ac if I ground to f2 and post on the big cap I get nothing tried AC and DC maybe f2 is bad? or I misstead ur directions I alsow tried post and negative on f2 and still nothing the voltages on main connecter are from left of board to right meeter set to dc-v 50 on 20v I get 20v next 3 are grounds 12v I get just a hair under 10v 5v has no wire 5vsb I get right at 4v on stb I get 3v that's all on con3
I did missread on f2 I read little over 150v with meeter set to ac-v 1000 if I put it at 250 it reads off chart. on large cap since my meeter only goes to 250v its set to ac-v 1000 I show 200v ground on cap post on cap
ok got a good digital meeter big cap is reading 390v f2 is reading 330v the con3 is 20v=23.7v next three are ground 12v=11.65v 5v no wire 5vsb=5.08v stb=4.80v con4 I get gnd epwm=nowire bk-on=054mv next two have no wires the last one apwm=3.13v
What is the status of the LED (D13) on the bottom left hand corner of this board? When my board fails and the backlights go out, this LED lights up and stays on steady.
