Problem started as TV was emitting a loud constant squealing sound when on. Found an apparently temp fix, turn blacklight up to 100 and the squeal would stop. When I'd power on the TV I'd hear the squealing for about 2 seconds when the picture came up the squeal would stop and everything was seemingly normal. Now 3 months later, I power on the TV get white Vizio light, squeal start/stop, picture, squeal start/stop again and then picture goes out, Audio works just fine, white Vizio stays on.

I might have got over zealous and skipped to the part in testing the resistance on the inverters but everything seemed within range. I also did the flashlight test and I CAN see the images on screen. A visual inspection of the caps seems normal, but I know it's probably something I can't see.
I need a little help in testing the PSU or other parts that you think might my causing my issue. I have a DMM that I've had for years and I waited until now to learn how to use it.
Any help would be awesome
. So far it's been fun and I'm feeling that if I conquer this beast my personal satisfaction will be through the roof.
