    Hisense 50A6G

Good afternoon, I have a Hisense 50A6G TV and it has the following defect: "When you enter the Menu by clicking the down arrow button it always returns to the top, as if the up arrow button was being pressed". I already changed the sensor but it didn't solve the problem. Has anyone already encountered this defect or could anyone help me?

Hi Elmano ... With tv plugged in ... if there is a small rest button hole on the back. Did you try pushing it and holding it in with a paperclip or something for about 10 seconds and release. Maybe that will reset the glitch.

Did or are you trying it with the buttons on the tv instead of the remote if it does have buttons?

Button may be stuck on the remote. Try what Sony says first if it has physical buttons on tv. It's probably remotes problem. Should also try techs reset also. Reset hole should be by HDMI plugs or around that

Can I Swap Screens Between Two Hisense 75” QLED TVs?
            by ShahZaib Ghumman
            Hey folks,

I'm not a professional, but I do have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to electronic repairs.

A friend of mine recently bought a brand new Hisense 75” 4K QLED Smart TV (75E7NQTUK) but unfortunately, he cracked the screen just a few days later. Luckily, he had insurance and got a replacement right away but weirdly enough, the insurance company never asked for the broken unit back.

So, I took it off his hands and figured I'd try to repair it myself rather than see it go to waste. I've been searching for a replacement screen but can't...

Hisense stuck in Colors cycle like test pattern.
            by nono34
            Hello,

I accidentally changed the project ID in the service menu of my Vidaa Hisense 100U7KQ TV. When I turn on the TV, the screen displays an RGB color cycle (test mode???). I contacted Hisense, and they sent me a usb_MTK_9618.EU.bin file, but it doesn't work. I can see that the USB drive is being read, and it flashes for about 10 minutes (the screen remains in the color cycle during the firmware reading), then the TV turns off and restarts, but still in the color cycle mode.

I want to mention that the 4GB USB is formatted in FAT32 MBR. I've also renamed the file to...

Hisense 40H4F no backlight but turns off after splash screen
            by frannyjunk
So I have this Hisense tv where the backlight does not come on. But when it is turned on, when I shine a flashlight on the screen, I can clearly see the splash screen then it turns off. I looked at the mainboard and was expecting to see bulged capacitors, but they all look fine. I unplugged the backlight from the mainboard, and get the same symptoms (i.e. no backlight, dark splash screen then just a black screen). Is this just a backlight issues? Do Hisense tvs turn off by itself if the backlights are unplugged or are bad? Or is this a mainboard issue?

            TIA.
