Good afternoon, I have a Hisense 50A6G TV and it has the following defect: "When you enter the Menu by clicking the down arrow button it always returns to the top, as if the up arrow button was being pressed". I already changed the sensor but it didn't solve the problem. Has anyone already encountered this defect or could anyone help me? -
