LG 42LB670V stuck on LG Logo

Hello everyone!

I have an LG tv with stuck on boot problem.

The tv turns on, but stays forever on the LG logo.

I check if it reacts to the RC.

I cant turn it on and off with the remote but no other response when pressing other buttons, no blinking leds as I press it.

Could it be an EEPROM problem or is it more likely a NAND problem?

What do you guys think?

UPDATE:

I reflashed the eeprom IC103 with a different bin.

Now the LG Logo dissappers and goes to the webOS logo, but still freezes there.
BUT there is a new symptom, there is a orange LED on the PSU and it keeps flashing 7 times.

possible bga issue on mainboard if a replacement mainboard is available at resonable cost i would change it (make sure mainboard has a returns policy just incase arrives faulty)
