Hello guys i have opened a dead Corsair psu and i found a burned ic with 7 pins. Because i can't find any schematics for this PSU ,I said to ask a question here. Thanks in advanced!

Re: Corsair TX-750 problem with finding component
I have a Corsair CS750M and it uses a TNY278pn. Im not sure if its the same. Maybe you can check the datasheet and see if it fits.
Usually, when those components explode, it means there is something in short...
On the side of the big capacitor there is a resistor that seems to be broken. Did you checked that? -
Re: Corsair TX-750 problem with finding component
First of all thanks for the fast reply, i appreciate that! No i did not see that but i needed to find first the ic and then watch around the board for other component defects. Hmm you mean the little one next to the rectifier capacitor?(big one) do you know the value for this too?Comment

Re: Corsair TX-750 problem with finding component
IIRC, I have a later TX (TX850M) with much better cap choices.
IIRC, that one doesn't look better than a later CX, cap-wise.Last edited by RJARRRPCGP; 11-07-2021, 01:11 AM.ASRock B550 PG Velocita

No. It is almost impossible to find a schematic of a modern power supply, especially the Corsair ones. I think the only way to find out the broken components is to compare it to another Corsair PSU.
That power supply seems to have a single layer PCB, so you can follow the traces and try to draw a schematic. With that, you might be able to find compatible components.Comment

by theone111I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.
In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.- Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again. - Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.

by david04ptHello guys, I'm trying to fix this laptop hp 15-cs003, which when i removed the battery it suddenly stoped turning on and even the led, which indicates that's charging isn't turning on.
I am trying to fix it, and i found a problem with this chip "AWVAAH", which I can't find on the internet or AliExpress, anything...
I found some chips that look like that, but nothing equal.
Can someone please help me find this "AWVAAH", i will show a picture of him.
Thanks a lot for the help!...2 Photos -
by Zeonalbastai have a problem with thinkpad X1 carbon gen 2 "LMQ-1MB 12298-2 48.4LY26.021"
The laptop was turned off because the MOSFET was not transmitting voltage. After checking it turned out that the gate pin on the MOSFET was the problem, because it was producing an inappropriate voltage. and it was discovered that the problem was with the Think engine, so I decided to reprint each pin, and finally the mosfet could work properly. However, there is another problem, even though the voltage has been supplied to the laptop, it still won't turn on, there isn't even an LED indicator. After double... -
by lokoHello everyone.
I have a device that is used to shape the human body muscels and burns fat. Works on the principle of electromagnetic impulses. One thyristor in side is shorted which has only this unknown mark on it ( QC230301 ). I can't find any information about it anywhere on the Internet. I tried to replace that thyristor with one of 1.6kv 800A and after 5min. of work he has burned out again, which means that he is probably weak. There is no schematic diagram on the internet, but that didn't suprise me because all the transistors and chips that are on the boards have their markings... -

Hi. I have a problem that has been going on for some time (2-3 years). It's hard to explain what it really is. Sometimes, my computer stops playing music, stops videos (starts buffering on youtube), there is no sound in games and when I minimize the game window and return to the game there is a black screen with window borders... - Loading...
