First of all thanks for the fast reply, i appreciate that! No i did not see that but i needed to find first the ic and then watch around the board for other component defects. Hmm you mean the little one next to the rectifier capacitor?(big one) do you know the value for this too?
Hello guys i have opened a dead Corsair psu and i found a burned ic with 7 pins. Because i can't find any schematics for this PSU ,I said to ask a question here. Thanks in advanced!...
Hi kevin! thanks for the reply! What do you mean with "whatever the hell you, you put the same on the other ic" . replace the inductor with the same value of the other ethernet port? can you point this inductor on to foto i have post? if you have a schematic i will appreciate that...

Thanks guys for the responce i have done that! I have both ddr2-800 Good Ram pc2-6400 and ddr-667 Mushkin and kingston.

The think i don't understand is (like i said before) why the mobo powers up without pressing the power button or shorting the pins! Is like when you plug any PSU on it powers on without any other...
Hello guys iam new to this forum! It is nice to know people are not throwing away their staff and trying to repair it as i do!
My problem is with a mobo ECS G31T-M has got a q6600 cpu on it!
The problem is when i turn the psu switch on the mobo starts automatically working without pressing the power switch, no display!
I changed the psu and ram without any difference in operation!
I have tryed to repair it changing all 1000uf 6.3v caps but nothing, no cap seems to have a problem.
Iam working with the mobo out of the box!
Is there anything i can do...
Did you solve it mate? I have the same motherboard but a little bit more complicated problem! when i plug the power supply and turn on it's switch the motherbord auto turn on, no power switch pressed and it does not boot or something! It had an intel q6600 quad on it and ddr2-800 kingstone when it was working! The caps looks fine i don't have a Capacitance meter is there a solution to this or some dirrection to troubleshoot this?
