This SCR that i install was not overheated just get's shorted after 5 min. of work.
That thyristor of mine that I installed lasted only 5 minutes of operation and after that it is short-circuited. The device is about 2 years old, the warranty has just expired, but even under the warranty, one thyristor that is on the left in the picture has already been replaced, but it does not have any markings either. that one is still ok. Tesla 13.7 body sculpt repair problem, need help with finding the thyristor marking.
Hello everyone.
I have a device that is used to shape the human body muscels and burns fat. Works on the principle of electromagnetic impulses. One thyristor in side is shorted which has only this unknown mark on it ( QC230301 ). I can't find any information about it anywhere on the Internet. I tried to replace that thyristor with one of 1.6kv 800A and after 5min. of work he has burned out again, which means that he is probably weak. There is no schematic diagram on the internet, but that didn't suprise me because all the transistors and chips that are on the boards have their markings... -

Greetings to all members.
I need help with the repair of the Lenovo IdeaCentre A700-24ISH.
I found this computer in a junkyard, physically in excellent condition, but of course it doesn't work at all.
The power supply is ok, but when i press the power button, nothing happens, not even one LED that doesn't light up.
What I noticed is that the computer was already somewhere in the service because i see that the BIOS chips were all freshly soldered, so their functionality is questionable.
