Hi folks
Need some help with this power supply. The Tv standby light gives a couple of flashes then off. The only output I am seeing is 3.5 volts. No 12 volts or 24 volts at j62 even when pressing the power button or removing the output plug. I can't see any burned components and nothing smells. My gut says it's the board but I'm not sure. Is the 3.5 a keep alive voltage with the other voltages switchable? Any help is appreciated.

I am looking at d607 and it's shorted so I have ordered one.

D607 is part of the PFC Voltage booster circuit, it is shorted out then you will have 380 ~ 400VDC on the main filter cap C610.
is it tested shorted off the board?
There is snubber cap C603 that is connected in parallel with D607, make sure that it is not shorted.

If the pfc is not working you would only have 160 volts on c610 (main filter)
POWER_ON voltage is also required to turn on the pfc circuit

Sorry for typo, it should be: D607 is part of the PFC Voltage booster circuit, it is shorted out then you will NOT have 380 ~ 400VDC on the main filter cap C610.
