I think the problem is when i was cinnecting dimm bulb it will cause some voltage drop and sensor cannot work propper

But then what happens to the problem? Fuse will not cause that symptom.

    PU-81 manual says fuse is a T500mA (230V) or T1.0A (120V); I believe the "T" means time-delay to tolerate transformer inrush.

i try with 0.5A slow blow fuse and all working ok, thank you all.

So if you lift one end of Gate resistor R4 the iron will no longer gets hot for sure?

    No, triac is ok

So the TRIAC is not shorted out or has leakage resistance?

Check D2 and D7, one may be shorted.

If your iron doesn't stop heating, maybe you have a bad thermocouple (open).

If you can not find a .5 amp slow blow fuse you could use a 1.25 to 1.5 fast acting you might even get by using a 1 amps fuse but you would have to try it

hmm you could be right. I throw away original fuse but it might be slow act - i did not think about this. i will try to put 0.5A Slow act fuse and see what happen.

    Thank you for that

Is that a .5 amp fast acting fuse or is this a .5 amp slow blow fuse this will make a difference recheck the original fuse to see which type it is

Dose this iron glow red while it is on and is the led flashing if this is the case you have a problem

Dose the led flash slowly or dose it flash fast and dose not glow red it might be alright if you have a way to check the iron temperature this would something to check

    I hope this helps

Check the thermal sensor located in the heating element.

The big one is triac (BTA12-600CW)

yes you are right, i check now with dimm bulb and transformer give 24VAC on secundary. So my problem is in circuit.

Here is the picture of it. I check the big voltage regulatore and it is ok.

That is true, if you're applying 230VDC to the iron, it will blow fuses unlike direct heat solder irons... These low voltage isolated temperature controlled irons require AC for not just the transformer, but temperature control too. Tossing that out just in case...

You are comparing the DCR of the transformer widing to the impedance of the winding due to fact that AC is applied to the transfOrmer, not DC.

TOSHIBA DLP 52HM95 How to reset timer module on bulb
    by repair-it
I replaced the bulb only on my Toshiba DLP The bulb is a TB-25. This is the first time I've done a bulb only replacement. Supposedly there is a timer module that needs to be re-calibrated or reset. I don't know where the module is located. I see some vendors selling the bulb with the housing stating module included which leads me to think the module is located inside the enclosure the bulb mounts in, but I didn't see it. Maybe it's inside the plug attached to the bulb?

Anyway - I am seeking information on how to reset this so called module so that the lamp will operate. Apparently...

    LUMIMAN Smart Bulb IC ID?
    by ezenia
    Hi,

I have a LUMIMAN Smart Bulb that suddenly stopped lighting one day. The bulb is still detected in the app, but won't light. I've probed around and nothing seems to look off with any of the diodes, caps or resistors. The Bluetooth/Wi-Fi module seems to be working as it's still detected in the app. I even tried deleting and re-pairing the bulb (it didn't light, but I was still able to follow the pairing instructions), it re-paired fine, but still no light.

In diode mode, the LEDs all light up when probed so I'm guessing this means the LEDs themselves are OK. I was expecting...

    Tektronix 422 with No Power
    by KYBOSH
Picked up a Tektronix type 422 oscilloscope locally for a few bucks last year.
It wouldnt power on at all so I stowed it away under my bench for later testing.
Today I remembered it was down there and pulled it out to see what was what.

I checked for continuity and everything checked out.
There was a burned smell and a resistor was replaced with a temporary replacement (see yellow box in picture).
The burned smell is very pungent/acidic and I am not familiar with these vintage electronics to know whether I am smelling the remains of the replaced resistor or...

Is it possible for transformer substitution?
    by mikey5791
    Hi all,
Got this local made DC power supply (12/14V) given free as the transformer has melted. There is no marking or indication to identify what type or rating of transformer used.
Fyi,. I had a busted autogate mainboard with transformer with marking 13-0-13 . Is this the 13v dc type transformer?
    My questions are
    1. How do i test to see if the transformer is in good working condition?
    2. Can this transformer (marking 13-0-13) be used to replace the melted transformer on the DC power supply?
Hope you guys understand what i was asking. My intention is...

    Original Xbox 1.0 PSU: Foxlink FTPS-0002 Rev. B. — 12 V low, 5 V high — transformer?
    by ohren
    Hello!

I'm looking at an original Xbox PSU: Foxlink ftps-0002 rev. B. The 12 V output is too low, and the 5 V output is too (?) high. Unfortunately I don't have an oscilloscope but only a DMM for diagnosis.

    Measured voltages with no load:

    After rectifier diodes
    12V: 6.17 V
    5V: 5.67 V

Secondary transformer pins AC measurement (really don't know if this says anything)
    12V: 2-2.5 V
    5V: 1.04 V

I also have another (working) Xbox psu from Delta. The same measures there, in order, being: 10.79,...
