remember you get what you pay for. a company can't stay in business if it doesn't make a profit. so expect bottom of barrel capacitors and components. might be full of fake components that are out of spec. at least swap out those junk caps.

Remember, This cheap price is only a special price. It's normally about $40. This PSU is perfectly fine for a basic PC.
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

Doesn't look that bad, it even has PI coils. The caps look like Teapos, could be much worse.

I'm not sure if that fan has any regulation or will run always full speed?

              it's a full speed always 2wire fan.
if there is some type of thermal controller on the board would need investigating.

The fans are thermally controlled. The curve is fairly aggressive, though.

And I really really hate those 8pin protection ICs...

They are green SC series. I'm pretty sure that's just the picture.

Interesting, we have a few of these lying around at work and they're all filled with 100% OST caps. They're older though. In Win must have totally switched from OST to Teapo, because all of their new PSU's seem to just have Teapo in them. I still think OST is better than Teapo
