    Goodpower X12S4P2 500W

Got this psu 2 repair..lad who owns it switched from 230 to 115 on back..ive repaired several tower psu,s..all have been replacing blown glass fuse..a little bit of soldering..easy..this 1s different as fuse is a box type no probs replacing that if needed..the big caps which it has 2 one looks burnt at the bottom..so my question is..is it worth attempting a repair..thx

Depends whether it's honestly rated or not. Definitely replace the primary caps as they are the first to go when this kind of overvoltage occurs. If you're lucky, only the caps went short, blew the fuse, and the silicon survived. Test the primary transistors and bridge rectifier for shorts. If they're okay, replace the caps and see what gives.
