Thanks for this picture and to those who've contributed to this thread.

Repair made today, and my old Back-Ups RS 1500 now comes online. I have another one that is still chugging along, but now I know the fix for that one if it ever acts up.

I'd changed C40 only because C41 came from factory with a standard capacitor and it was ok. Now my UPS reads input voltage with a correct value. Thank you everyone.

Depending on how old this battery backup is it might be advisable that you recap the board with all brand new capacitors that are under 100uf because they are known to dry out from many hours of use even high quality brand capacitors do the same thing but it takes a lot longer for this to happen
