those photos are for x390 without "yoga" but the principle is the same. What i did today was to update firmware and software to be able to read NPCX997, maybe this is the cause (btw, it didn't appear "pwr on" tab ...) I will downgrade software to see maybe this is the problem ...

I tried for you on L390 Intel. I think it's npce288. It worked perfectly

try to select 256Kb and see if reads 256Kb. I see you got the same ID as mine.

just after write, never rebooted with my original file in 256

consumes a little 0.5/6 a few seconds, does things, the screen moves a little and after finished. I tried clean which I did with the Lenovo site the same. It worked before flash

Edit I used an old version, and the same thing
              I didn't understand.
But by long holding the power button and pressing it again,
              it restarted!
              I didn't understand why,
it didn't start on its own. No CMOS or battery

I will try again with the new version

              double edit
and now it works with new version and reboots alone.
              I don't understand anything anymore.
the power button which was incorrectly placed and pressed alone therefore power off??

I think the "culprit" is software update, I will try with an older version of software.
