    thanks first of all
what programmer do you have? does the programmer have a database .. check the database of the programmer you have, or do you want to buy it....

hardware1 - Thank you soo much for that .BIN file. It totally worked. Nothing else did the job. Took a few turns, and boot it right up with no issues.

volcancarlos - what hardware1 provided is the correct .BIN file needed. It works for your posted bios chip which will show W25Q128FW [1.8v] once you're in the Neo Programmer 2.20.10

        Hi guys,

Could someone help with a bios for my Ideapad flex 5 15ALC05 fitted with ryzen 7 5700u, motherboard F4302:10a/32v, the symptoms are very similar with the previous people in the thread. I did try to write the bin attached by hardware1 with no luck, the unit powers on, the fan starts to spin, the backlight on the screen is flashing but no logo or a chance to get in to the bios.

I will attach my original bin if someone could help.

        Many thanks in advance

Hey, not sure why my original comment got deleted but I'm posting my question again. Im experiencing the exact same symptoms. Can someone please repair this dump? I cannot figure out how to get my SN, ME, etc information into a working BIOS .bin file to reflash my chip. I have extracted the unpatched .bin from the most recent BIOS .CAP update on Lenovo's website (EECN44WW) but I'm not sure which data i need. Thanks so much. My SN is R90ZK3M0 and model is 81X2 Lenovo Flex 5 14ARE05.

Update: i extracted the byte ranges 0x21000-0x37D8F and 0xB21000-0xB21280 from my dump and pasted them into the unpatched.bin file, flashed my chip and installed it in the laptop. It boots now, but I'm immediately prompted with "fTPM NV corrupted or fTPM NV structure changed” etc etc etc. is this normal? I have the option to pick yes or no.

These 2 files are the backup (before updating and black screen) and the CAP file for bios downloaded and extracted from Lenovo. I need to inject my SN, OEM data, Licenses and related data to the CAP file to use Phoenix Flash tool to restore my data correctly. Can you help me please? I tried UEFITool NE, but the replace body was dimmed when I tried to replace RAW part that included the data after modifying it using HxD, and also tried UEFITool old version and got "Invalid file" error.

Just a quick update, after a long time I have decided to give it another go on this laptop and with the dump from volinakis I have write it again and decided to remove the ribbon cable from the screen and connect the laptop with HDMI and is all working fine on an external monitor, but at least I can eliminate the bios/motherboard issue and investigate what's wrong with the screen/ribbon cable, maybe others will find this useful.

While it`s working on HDMI downgrade the bios to an older version. Afterwards , shut down, remove the battery and reconnect the screen cable and see if it boots to the screen with the downgraded version.

Just adding a few notes around the bigger picture since I don't see it in the discussion:
                                    1. I read the old BIOS using a CH341B with an IC clip and a I.8V adaptor.
                                    2. The IC clip is finicky. Many reads/write failed until I positioned this correctly.
                                    3. I used Neoprogrammer to program the BIOS with the new image. To achieve that I had to autodetect the device type and select the 1.8v option. I also had to tick unprotect, blank etc. on the write menu. AsProgrammer didn't work for me. Perhaps I did something wrong.
                                    4. HxD hex editor is handy for comparing the supplied file with the one I read back from the BIOS after programming.

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..
here is a video for example..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWWi...nnel=ThisIsHow
