Hello everyone. Does anyone know about IC (ene KB926QF D3) it can be programmed?

Chips such as (ene KB9012,KB9016,KB9022,etc..) are programmable,and for the chip (ene KB926QF D3) I did not find information that it can be programmed..

Things are like this, I have a motherboard (NEW71 LA-5893P REV 1.0 2010-01-25) and i want to program startup chip (Super I/O) which I found a dump for (EC) "Acer Aspire 5742G Compal NEW71 LA-5893P REV 1.0 EC.bin".

Have this asus K56cn that came with strange lcd work. so i replace it, but when i connect battery i get burned SIO. After replace, no start. must this kbc IT8517E programmed or it program itself from bios?

I have a MSI x570 Tomahawk board. SuperIO chip seems to be faulty. SuperIO chip on this spesific board is NCT6797D-M. I've ordered new one. Does it need to be programmed?
