Asus K56Cn - mu8st be new kbc programmed?

Hello.
Have this asus K56cn that came with strange lcd work. so i replace it, but when i connect battery i get burned SIO. After replace, no start. must this kbc IT8517E programmed or it program itself from bios?

IT8517E is not programmable and usually has an external eeprom for this purpose.
