1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Yes, there is a "problem with file". Read the chip again few times and compare the content, make sure it's same, use verification...

Delete the content of the chip before programming with the unlocked file, use verification. Read the chip and compare the content afterwards.
