Thank you for the file. The problem is that I cannot write to the chip using a POGO probe.

Today I ordered the necessary tools to de-solder/solder the chip. Apparently for this model the programming cannot be done with the chip in the motherboard.

                      Thanks volinakis
                      It worked!
Still have the Dell SafeBios "title" over the Dell logo on boot, but it seems normal for recent updated bios and not an option we can disable in BIOS.
Again, thanks, you've saved my computer!

"Dell SafeBIOS is a collection of capabilities that mitigate the risk of BIOS and firmware tampering with integrated firmware attack detection. It consists of Dell unique IP, as well as partner technology. We combine these capabilities to help ensure devices are secure at the BIOS level, an area that traditionally lacks protection but is most certainly known by hackers as an area to exploit if vulnerable. Attacks at the BIOS level can be stealthy and create havoc. And when malware owns the BIOS, it owns the PC and access into the network."
If you backup 2nd bios chipset and post it here I can take a look how to disable it.

Do you mean that Dell Safebios can make network calls to their server(s)? If that's the case I would effectively prefer to get rid of it, as well as Intel Management Engine.
By 2nd bios chipset, you mean UC6 chip? Do you think you can remove SafeBios and/or IME?

It seems quoting messages doesn't work for me (it appears good in previsualization but not when posted, sorry).

                            Hello,
Is there someone able to analyze the UC6 chip to get rid of Dell SafeBios and/or Intel ME?

Hi Rexer Anthony, I get a error when overwriting the bios and the weird thing is that my original bios dump is blank but the machine still powers up as it did before and suggestions? I have read both uc2 and uc6 uc6 has content in it but uc6 seems blank ?? error photo attached for info.
