Is this related to operating system.because i havent tempered with the ssd card the whole process

check in bios setup
are you able to see hdd (m.2/ssd/nvme) in bios
if yes than chk bios setting boot sequnce/secureboot/uefi
if you cannot see storage in bios setup than possible it could be a bios issue

ANYONE ELSE CAN HELP.my dell 5420 had a locked bios passcode.my original dump was corrupted.i flashed with the following file and icould access the bios setup very well except that theres no nvme detection.the laptop has got a new service tag after flashing the bios..bord model GDF40LA-K491P REV 2.0.anyone can help me with a full working bios file

add your laptop service tag manually from bios setup

Hello, I've recently purchased a Dell Latitude 5420 (Model code:p137g) and the previous owner has an admin password set locking me out of the Bios and effectively out of the laptop altogether. Is anyone able to help as haven't had much success searching the net for answers. Thanks.
