When i read it with the programmer is comes up 256, or you mean something else?

I did put the passworded bios back onto chip from backup and i got back 20v charging, do you think some else may have messed with the bios file prior and broke it?

The supervisor password is stored in the EC (MEC1663).

The file you uploaded is thunderbolt firmware, not the EC .
