ME vPro firmware is larger in size than consumer firmware. Look at some of the 32MB dumps from this thread with Flash Image tool, see if they are vPro or not. Look at some of the 8+16MB dumps as well, (the 8 + 16MB files must be joined together first or FIT/MFIT won`t open it) and see if they are Non vPro. Once you know which bios you need look for those that are confirmed working, with clean ME firmware.

According to your motherboard diagram, the no-vpro processor uses two bios:
uc5 8mb
uc6 16mb
You need to join the two files to assemble the biosrom.bin.
