Go to dell support and enter the service tag. At the right side of the page under Quick links click on View product specs .Look carefully at the specs, it is Non vPro . ME vPro firmware is larger in size than consumer firmware. Look at some of the 32MB dumps from this thread with Flash Image tool, see if they are vPro or not. Look at some of the 8+16MB dumps as well, (the 8 + 16MB files must be joined together first or FIT/MFIT won`t open it) and see if they are Non vPro. Once you know which bios you need look for those that are confirmed working, with clean ME firmware.

Thanks for sending it, I recorded the two files, but there was no video.

The keyboard blinked a bit and it wouldn't turn on.

                      Is there another repair file?

                          the board doesn't turn on.
it has 3.3v, 5v, 7.8v coils, but it doesn't turn on and no LEDs light up.

I noticed that this notebook has an SPI (XMC 25HQ128 16mb) on an auxiliary board and the voltages +3.3V_ALW, +5V_ALW when the board has the flat cable connected to the USH.

Does this SPI need to be recorded?

According to the description in your notebook's documentation, the service tag is a no-vpro.

According to your motherboard diagram, the no-vpro processor uses two bios:

                                          uc5 8mb
                                          uc6 16mb

You need to join the two files to assemble the biosrom.bin.
