Thank you very much it works perfect, after deactivating the manufacture mode, it didn't turn on until I inserted the battery and now everything is perfect!

Can you provide more details about battery? Mine is not switching on after the manufacturing mode. I tried to plug the battery, still not switching on.

Hi. I think I finally managed to get my laptop working. So I flashed unlocked bios, switched on and input service tag but not closed manufacturing mode yet. Then I boot to windows and updated bios with official dell update. Then rebooted and finally locked manufacturing mode with alt-f. Many thanks to all who helped and unlocked the BIOS.

Why not ? You just need to post your locked bios file here (with suffix 8FC8) , with other suffixes like BF97 ,6FF1... then go to https://bios-pw.org/ to get the unlock code.

1st boot press F2, enter service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart, 2nd boot press alt+F to exit factory mode. Connect battery before exiting factory mode.
