my laptop boots after finding correct bios but there is no service tag and no tpm module detected . tried inputting service tag in bios but it wont save it. my service tag is 8CK8S93. Can some one pleae help me ? ive included the bios files im using nowComment

I have attached the BIOS I extracted from both chips.
it give me one beep and no display

try a new build bios as per your Service Tag CDCS663 tag and as per your bios version 1.23.0

Unfortunately it doesn't work properly. After programming, the FAN starts at 100% power and restarts. A few restarts and the DELL logo appears and keeps restarting. Then, after a few shutdowns, the diagnostic display appears. I have been waiting for a long time, but the Dell logo is no longer displayed.Comment

Hello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,... -
Hi, I hope some one has some advice for me. I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant. I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W). One of them works flawlessly. The other one had a corrupted BIOS. I tried flashing numerous main BIOS and EC files from the internet, but none of them worked. I decided to copy the main BIOS and EC from the working 9010 computer and successfully flashed the corrupted BIOS. This got the computer able to boot again and run norm...04-23-2025, 04:30 PM -
Working on a Dell 5340 new Intel 13th gen with a corrupt bios flash.
Worked good before failed flash now won't power at all.
May have been a bad connection.

Hi folks,
I got a Dell Optiplex 7010 micro PC (Exact Model) with 8FC8 BIOS and locked out admin password. I attempted to remove the password by patching the BIOS via info from this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ssword-patcher
After flashing the patched the BIOS, the PC is unresponsive with a solid AMBER power LED (not documented in manual anywhere)

Hi,
My Dell Precision T7910 died after enabling onboard SAS controller and applying RAID settings. There were no hardware changes between working and not working state, only setup (via bios -> controller settings). After applying settings and reboot PC turns on, flash leds (normally) but there's no further action, it just stays on with no graphics and no keyboard led's on. There's no Dell logo, nothing.
