Nope got black screen with fan at full speed. I guess the only solution will be to grab some working bios from here and transfer the original serial into it right?

You`re welcome. Use the Guides to find and extract a virgin bios
Copy the DMI (serial, feature Byte, win key) from your backup to the virgin bios using a hex editor.Select the same offsets (select block in HxD) in both bios, copy from the old, paste to the new. HxD Hex editor https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/
The hard part is finding where all the DMI is. With some models all of the DMI, feature byte and windows key are in one big block, but in the 15-u499nr its in 3 different places, so that made it more of a challenge finding everything.
Hey I have an Acer laptop that seems to have BIOS password since factory (my grandfathers, he's tech illiterate he'd never be in bios..) and I found more such cases searching the web for bios password unlock trouble.
the usual "enter any pass 3 times then use the on screen code to reset it with online tool" doesn't work, after 3 attempts it just locks up the bios on blank black screen.
I have made dumps (verified after reading, as in read twice and it was identical). it seems to be insyde bios. if anyone can figure anything out I'd be super thankful.
Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 ) ,The serial number, make, full model number, motherboard model and revision (except QR codes) must be written/typed at your request as per the rules. Not as a picture, part of the file name and so on.
