All passwords are calculated for a US QWERTY keyboard. While checking your laptop Service Tag at Dell.com I do get that it was sold in GERMANY, which should have a QWERTZ keyboard.
Generate the master password again and perform a keyboard layout conversion from US QWERTY to QWERTZ (by exchanging every Yy for Zz and every Zz for Yy)....

I do have ThinkPad P72 (20MB, 20MC) [32MB] in my list of compatible ThinkPad models, meaning that I had patched it myself and confirmed working. I usually patch the earliest BIOS version downloaded from Lenovo website using Serial Number, then I use this patched BIOS Region and replace it in the Original BIOS, doing it this way I virtually eliminated any possible beep codes on patched files. You may have to add some padding at the beginning of the BIOS extracted from BIOS update to match the size of BIOS Region in your Original BIOS.I do have ThinkPad P72 (20MB, 20MC) [32MB]...

Discard the first byte and the last byte of the variable, you will end up with 32-hex bytes. Before you try to break the sha256 password hash yourself try to search for it online, I do use cmd5.org, if it's an easy password it's free, for more complicated passwords you will have to pay 1 credit but it will tell you if they have it or not, if they don' t have it they tell you to come back in 5 days (so far they have never contacted me letting me know they found a match after a few days)....

In my opinion the thread should be renamed to THINKPAD BIOS AUTO-PATCHER, meaning that it only works for ThinkPad models from 4th up to 8th Generation (e.g. T440-T480 and about a couple of newer models while transitioning to the Self-Healing BIOSes). So the autopatcher won't work on the Lenovo LEGION 5.
Open a new thread and upload your files so that someone takes a look at them....

Just use UEFITOOL NE and search for this string: $DMI (uncheck UNICODE), double click on the last match (padding) and you will find the Serial Number of each of the files at offset 8000h of padding file, you will know on which laptop to program each of the 4 files, like this:
biospw.bin (s/n: RGA39V0996)
v1par.bin (s/n: RGA39V0945)
v1pw.bin (s/n: RGA39V0983)
v110g2v1.bin (s/n: RGA39V0989)...

In a previous post dated 10-27-2024 I have extracted the password on one of your Getac V110G4 computers (password was hashed), password is "dbihg", which also happens to be the same exact password on the 4 bios dumps that you uploaded. Maybe the problem is with your programmer, and you could have also used the "dbihg" password I've posted almost 6 weeks ago.In a previous post dated 10-27-2024 I have extracted the password on one of your Getac V110G4 computers (password was hashed), password is "dbihg", which also happens to be the same exact...

Seems like the password cannot be recovered as it's hashed in AMITSESetup variable, only the first SHA256 half is stored there. I've searched for the hash in a database without any match. It also seems like the password maximum length is 8.@Cvsle1321

If you get an error while using Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit just ignore and continue, then select CUSTOM option and select biggest value 16384kB (16MB), then Read-Ok-Backup-Save.
On the Getac V110G4 the password is hashed, but I've used a website where they have a database for different types of hashes and the password was recovered that way, hopefully the password is the same in the other Getac laptops you have.

Open the BIOS file with UEFITool NE version, then search for AMITSESetup (sometimes you have to click option UNICODE to do the search), check results located in the UEFI Variable section, and use AMITSESetup variable decoder, just copy the XORed password block.
More specificly in your case:
- Download, unzip and double-click UEFITool NE.
- Drag and drop the BIOS file onto UEFITool NE.
- Press CTRL-F to search for AMITSESetup string (in this case leave UNICODE unchecked), for your BIOS result #6 and #9 hold the XORed password, double click result and then go above...

I've checked both of your files, the password is hard-coded in the BIOS firmware, but at least the actual password could be recovered:

@Macdonald
I've downloaded and extracted the same EC update version as in your file, trimmed the 32-byte header from the EC update version N2IHT42W, here's the complete file (262,144 bytes or 256kB). Check your programmer and select a chip size of at least 256kB or greater and try, it should work....
