Got the issue SOLVED thanks to a recommendation by [USER="237374"]SMDFlea[/USER]!
You have to look at the schematics (page 7) and find a set of rezistors that occupy your model of soldered ram and desolder them.
In my case it was this set of resistors: [B]RC1610, RC1611, RC1614, RC1616.[/B]SMDFlea

ThinkPad T14 G1 disabling onboard ram
Hello guys,
I just got a ThinkPad T14 G1 with a faulty onboard ram. Have you got any idea on how to disable it permanently?
Motherboard number is NM-C801, I've got the boardview+schematics (attached below), but I don't know which resistors should I move/remove, since there are no "reserved" states for the onboard ram on this motherboard....Last edited by SMDFlea; 11-22-2024, 08:25 AM.

Nopegot black screen with fan at full speed. I guess the only solution will be to grab some working bios from here and transfer the original serial into it right?...

Hello guys, RCUnlocker doesn't work for me also unfortunately (even tho it says unlock finished). Could you please help me with unlocking this bios file?
