Deleted from where , which chip is it deleted from. This board has an MEC5105 doesn`t it ?

chip 1 is bios I upload here
chip 2 is empty inside

Whats the part number on chip 2 ,it should be a small size,maybe for the thunderbolt firmware.It could be for the EC ,not sure

i have a this same board and the super IO (mec5105) needs replacing because it causes a short on rtc_cell . how do you reprogram these chips?
