Can someone help me to PATCH my Locked bios ...... i have tried several files and it didnt work for me

I want to boot with external Flash drive, and i dont give me the choice to do it because is locked bios...
They know anyone a SAFE way to unlock it???

his English isn't that good, he wanted to say "post (bios) dump", meaning you have to read bios chipset with a programmer.
