Hi Everyone, my Surf pro 7 right now in a boot loop, so I hope new BIOS could help. If someone have a bios files, please send link. Help me! You're my last hope

post the original bios, even if it is corrupt.

Still under warranty ? ,the surface pro 7 was announced in october 2019

I bought it in US and now I'm in Russia, no warranty in Russia

Have you asked about warranty straight from Microsoft Russia? They might be willing to help if you have not disassembled the machine yet.

Nope they are not willing to help, surface is not officially presented and supported in Russia. And I already disassemble it

Thanks, but still not working.
After power on I see microsoft logo for like 2 secs, and after tablet go off.

Have you tried key combination power + volume up 30sec for hard reset, or maybe Download a recovery image for your Surface. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...erecoveryimage.

Hi.
I am struggling to fix my uefi locked surface pro 7. I can not read my bios from board. I am using ch341a programmer. Kindly help. It can not detect chip although it shows connected as there is no chip for surface pro 7 in menu. Chip on my surface pro 7 board is winbond 25R128JWPQ.any help will be appreciated.

Are you using a 1.8V adapter? I am asking because this chip is 1.8V, not 3.3V

I tried 1.8 v adaptor. Still no detection. It does shows detect and try to detect but evenly says manufactory unknown. I cannot find chip in programmer uc list as well.. Plus searching across net I came across a post where they say ic in 1.8v adaptor is wrong ly soldered it should be rotated 180. I am attaching pictures of my configuration and also a picture from that post.
Any help please.

And this is the chip in picture. Is Soic8 clip is ok to grab it fully as this bios chip doesn't have any leg.

Pin 1 of your chip goes to the corner where the latch is. Ignore the picture in that software.

Yesi have done everything. It does detect as 25xx soi at times but on reading only shows blank bios with oo or ff

I have tried my ch341 programmer on other chips. It immediately read and detected other chip first time. So there is some other problem. Can any one guide me how to add this chip to programmer software please?
