3-1 is a cmos code...try this bios without cmos battery at the motherboard

old tread but mabye hepls someone
3 orange bliks 1 white from what happened to me is fan blocked during boot.
turned off , unblocked fan (screw got stuck in ) powered on and works.

turns out I fked it during reassembly. Redid it and now it starts normally, no display though.
