Strange thing i tried to flash that bios what you corrected for me . It didn't work , laptop was spin fan for one sec and thats all . No lights or anything . Now i was think okey i will flash back old bios but have same thing . Do you know what can be wrong ? Maybe im doing something wrong ? Or i saved backup and it was not full ? Thing is that i checked many times bios dump and looks like its ok and file size as well is same as should be . Hope you can help me with that !Comment

Hello, I don't think the BIOS is the problem, just like every newer Lenovo, the capacitors and resistors are very close to the chip.
We don't know how the BIOS was read out with a clip or by de soldering the chip.
The experienced users in this forum will de solder all the chips in order not to damage anything.
With the clip, resistors are all too likely to be damaged and then nothing works anymore.

So thank you guys for help . Really happy with that. I checked all morning mb on google with pictures and find there was missing one resistor next to bios . So now laptop works just need try to flash another bios to get rid of password, hope i will get it sorted. Sorry guys i know im new , have skills to solder but im not programming that much and it’s something new for me .Comment

Hi everyone,
I have Lenovo T470 after bios update, now still boot up but ME version on bios blank and can't shuts down the laptop properly, when shuts down power button led keep flashing yellow and has to force shuts down it. I tried to update the bios still same issue, can someone please help me fix the corrupted bios? I attached this bios dump file.

okey so how i understand when im using that patcher and flash with new bios file its always stuck on lenovo logo . when i flash bios with password then its works without problems . it can be problem in another bios chip ? there is 2 bios chips . first one u15 and another u49 .Comment

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:

Hello, I was flashing the bios but now the machine does not come, the battery indicator turns orange when charge is plugged in. As soon as it plugged by charger or battery the power button and escape blinks once then fade out Sometime it blinks 3 timess . With the back case off i can see the fan spins a little then top, but once i press the button it spins a little then stop and repeat for a while until stops. I have attached the bios dump. Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.
When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.
I decided to try flashing a new BIOS, but since I didn’t want to desolder...
