Just tried, heat up bios chip and resistor around the bios but still same issue, I attached the close up picture of the bios chip and resistor related to it...

tried outimage.rar bin, after entered service tag, disable absolute, saved exit, it boot up again, I pressed Alt F to disable manufacturing mode, got to bios again, check everything look good, exit the bios and the laptop has no power again. When unplug and plug back the charger cable, front while led on for around 2 seconds and off, press on power button, no power, no light at front led indicator. I have Dell Latitude 5520
Service tag: 29MCY93
EX: 4935316071
I lost the original bios bin, I used the bin from #5 post, and it boot up to bios, after I input service tag, saved and exit, it boot again and I pressed alt F to disable manufacture mode. after disable I exit the bios setup and unit has no power again. When I unplug and plug back the power cord, just the front while led on for 2 seconds and off and can't power up.
If I flash the chip again, same thing will happen.
Anyone known what is the issue with it?

Hi, can someone help me clear the bios pass on Dell latitude 7420

I tried clear it but now my laptop has n0 power, even I used the original file.

Hi everyone,
I have Lenovo T470 after bios update, now still boot up but ME version on bios blank and can't shuts down the laptop properly, when shuts down power button led keep flashing yellow and has to force shuts down it. I tried to update the bios still same issue, can someone please help me fix the corrupted bios? I attached this bios dump file.

Thanks the file worked good,
First it works I wrote the service tag, disabled absolute, and exited manufacturing mode.
now it has no power, when pressed on power button the charging indicator turn orange and then off when power button release.
