1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode
if admin delete this idk why.

I don't know but how can your original BIOS work, it's missing some things.
Checked with UEFI Tool 28. Looks kind of strange.
In the picture on the left your BIOS on the right of your new build.

Interesting. It was working but maybe there's something wonrg with my CH341.

Unfortunately this didin't work. PC turns on and off. Might be my bios though.

I don't know, I only backup the old file but now even the old file doesn't display, it's doing same thing as the one you edit
